Born in England, 1951. Childhood spent in Kenya, East Africa. Studied at Croydon College of Art, 1978-81.
Early influences include work in porcelain/bone china by Jacqueline Poncelet & Glenys Barton.
Ceramics shown in in galleries in England and New York. Works in porcelain decorated
with underglaze colours and fired to 1225'C. Inspired by fossils,plants,corals and
other marine organisms, qualities of which are incorporated into ideas which are then
realised in three-dimensional form.
